BROWN BAG BIBLE LUNCH BUNCH

BBBLB meets from 12:00 noon - 1:00 p.m. each Wednesday (taking a summer break from mid-June - August) in the Open Arms Room.  Terry Watson will lead the group. Everyone is invited to attend. It's for young and old, men and women. You may bring a sack lunch, if you choose, and your Bible.

DISCIPLES WOMEN

DW meets the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. They meet in the homes of members for study, worship, business, and fellowship. All women of the church are members of DW and are invited to be active participants.

Woodlands DW is involved in service in local, district, state, and world-wide projects. They sponsor money-making projects and use the money for service and mission. DW supports Church Women United, the Child Development Center, and the Disciples Mission Fund (the outreach giving fund of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ)).

The purpose of Woodlands' Disciples Women Fellowship is to share love and concern, and to grow with others through Christ. Child care is always provided for all DW meetings.

DISCIPLES MEN

The DM meet the fourth Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. They meet at the church for a meal prepared by different members. Various programs are presented by members or guest speakers. Each meeting includes a short business meeting and a devotional. All men of the church are counted as members of DM and are invited to attend.

WOODLANDS WANDERERS

This is the "over 60" group at Woodlands. This group of fun-loving people meet once a month for a variety of activities.  Past events have included trips to an out-of-town dinner theater, a visit to a museum, a tour of Christmas lights around the city, a covered-dish lunch, and an afternoon of table games or Bingo.
